Ms. Lorrie M. Norrington has been an Operating Partner and Advisor of Lead Edge Capital, LLC since January 2013 and also serves as its Consultant. Ms. Norrington is Independent Advisor and Investor. She has over 30 years of operating experience in technology, software, and internet businesses, over 10 years of which is focused on creating market-leading consumer product. She has significant expertise in growing and scaling global businesses, driving operational excellence and motivating large organizations across a broad range of industries. She also has governance knowledge and experience. She has involvement with various women's networking organizations, including co-founding General Electric's Women's Network, rounds out her experience and enables her to provide insight into diversity efforts. She also led a variety of businesses at General Electric Company over a 20 year period in a broad range of industries, including her last position as an Officer of GE and Chief Executive Officer of GE FANUC from 1999 to 2001. Previously, she served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of eBay Marketplaces at eBay Inc. from July 2008 to September 2010 and from January 2008 to July 2008 respectively. She led all eBay businesses in 39 countries. She held various positions at eBay Inc. from 2005 to 2010. Ms. Norrington served as the President of eBay International, in Europe and Asia at, Inc. and eBay Inc. from July 2006 to January 2008. Prior to eBay, she served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ltd. and, Inc. from June 1, 2005 to July 2006. She served as an Officer at Intuit, Inc., from August 2001 to January 2005, where she led the Quicken and QuickBooks brands. At Intuit Inc., she served as an Executive Vice President in the Office of the Chief Executive Officer from August 2001 to March 2005 and Executive Vice President for Small Business and Personal Finance since January 2002. She serves as a Director of TaskRabbit, Inc. She has been a Director of Autodesk, Inc. since March 2011 and HubSpot, Inc. since September 25, 2013. She has been a Director of DIRECTV since February 10, 2011. She serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Simplificare, Inc. She serves as a Member of Executive Advisory Board at BlueData Software, Inc. and Accompani, Inc. She served as Member of Western Region Advisory Board at Catalyst Inc. She served as a Director of McAfee, Inc. since December 2, 2009. She served as Director of Ltd. from June 2004 to August 2005, and Lucasfilm from 2011 to 2012. She obtained NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) Fellow status in 2012. Ms. Norrington holds a Master in Business Administration Degree from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
